I had the pleasure of working for Khov as a trade partner. Let me just say that they treat their trade partners horrible but treat their homeowners worse.
This is not a homeowner friendly builder. They are such an unorganized company they rely on their trades for absolutely everything. They literally don’t know how to build their own houses. If a home owner has a request the answer is always no.
But it’s the trade partner will always Deliver the bad news so they can save face.
Stay away from this builder. Nothing but trouble!
